Intermediate Bulk Containers
With our fleet of more than 52,000 Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs), HOYER offers the chemical, foodstuffs and cosmetics industries an ideal alternative to drums and tank containers to transport and store their liquid products. These small containers are available in various stainless steel grades, designs and sizes, some with agitators, heating and dangerous goods approval. And that means worldwide.
Little all-rounders
Our IBC fleet consists of standardised IBC types as well as a large number of individual small containers with the necessary accessories. The IBCs are available in various volumes between 400 litres and 2,500 litres. With this capacity, they are ideally suitable for transporting and storing chemical products, liquid foodstuffs or food additives, as well as cosmetic products. Thanks to flexible terms of lease, our IBCs are versatile in use for efficient product handling. For batch movements in production, for example, our IBCs offer a space-saving means of bulk packaging. This allows packaging material to be reduced.
Particularly in demand with our customers are heatable IBCs for the food industry, cylindrical containers for the paint and varnish industries, and pressure containers – so-called Mini Pressure Tanks (MPTs) for specialty chemicals. The stainless steel containers are cleaned according to the highest sustainability standards and are thus reusable and particularly long-lived. From distribution and storage to maintenance and cleaning in our depots, we take over parts of your supply chain, or even the complete fleet management.

Our range of services relating to the use of IBCs includes fleet management, rental, transport, cleaning, maintenance and repair. We provide all services individually and in combination. We will gladly advise you and put together an individually tailor-made service package for you.

Full transparency with HOYER Connect
In the HOYER Connect Portal, our customers can receive an overview of their rented IBC fleet around the clock in near real time. Important key figures offer the greatest possible transparency: The download function allows you to keep an eye on your leased IBC stock at all times. In the portal, you can easily request quotes for additional IBCs and order them. In addition, important order data can be viewed and status information can be called up. For better plannability, automatic notifications and reminders for periodic inspections of the rented IBCs can be set. HOYER Connect offers flexible access to all status and contract information from any mobile device, at any time and anywhere.

Cleaning
IBCs are cleaned in a product-specific way. SQAS-audited cleaning plants throughout the world, together with exceptionally well-trained staff, ensure high hygiene standards and guarantee clean containers. As with all our services, we offer cleaning both for our own IBCs and for customers’ IBCs. Our services include:

Maintenance and repair
