We have a five-member Advisory Board acting as an independent supervisory body. It includes two members of the third generation of the Hoyer family as permanent representatives. Hans-Georg Frey will become chair of the advisory board, marking the first time an external member has held this position. Former members and shareholders Thomas R. J. Hoyer and Martina Hoyer-Hertel, representatives of the second generation, will continue to support the Advisory Board in a consultative role.
The HOYER Group created a neutral entity in the shape of the Advisory Board, whose duty is to ensure the company’s healthy, long-term growth. Accordingly, it has the power of veto in relation to entrepreneurial decisions extending beyond day-to-day business. The Executive Board discusses key financial figures, strategy, opportunities and risks with the Advisory Board. Both governing bodies share in decisions for the logistics specialist’s successful long-term corporate development.
