Hamburg, November 28, 2025 – The HOYER Group, one of the world’s leading providers of logistics solutions for the chemical, gas, and foodstuffs industries, has acquired Danish family-owned company Dantra Group. With the acquisition of the Dantra Group, the HOYER Group strengthens its position as a leading provider of transport logistics in Scandinavia, covering both road and intermodal operations. The company now maintains a strong presence across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Lithuania. Through this acquisition, HOYER is consistently pursuing sustainable growth and market leadership in Northern Europe, strategically expanding its international network and delivering innovative services to both existing and new customers.
By acquiring the Dantra Group – a leading Scandinavian specialist in the transport of liquid chemicals and complementary depot and cleaning services – the HOYER Group is further expanding its Northern European network. The goal is to offer customers real added value through an even denser transport and service infrastructure and innovative logistics solutions.
