Our Management Development Programme, named 'Graduate Gateway and Leadership Ladder' is designed to prepare, support and challenge employees on a management career to progress faster through a variety of demanding, exciting and fulfilling roles towards the top of the organisation. Careers via Novus Scheme

We are proud to be working in close partnership with Huddersfield University to offer support to undergraduates interested in developing their career within the transport and logistics industry as part of the Novus Scheme. Through structured exposure to our transport operation, we commit to offering summer work placements of 6 weeks' duration, together with a 12 month industrial placement during the third year to individuals who meet the exacting standards of the scheme. An offer of permanent employment in a graduate role is guaranteed to participants on this scheme following completion of their studies, provided they have achieved a minimum 2:1 degree classification.
