Successful Co-Operation In Our First Contract Logistics Assignment

HOYER won the tender for the construction and operation of a logistics facility for a major client working in the field of synthetic materials in 1999. Synthetic granulates are produced and immediately stored in a facility designed specifically with these processes in mind and then packed into various packaged formats.

A turnkey concept was employed in this location according to the needs of the client. All construction and technical planning services were carried out by HOYER. Engaged as a constructor, HOYER developed logistics concepts, commissioned the facility and continues to run it successfully.

For bagging and filling, two filling facilities are available for bagging goods, two filling facilities for octatainer and big bags, and the bulk loading of silo vehicles or silo containers.

VDI Awards HOYER With The "Innovation Prize For Logistics 2003"

HOYER has been awarded by the Verein Deutscher Ingenieure for the realisation of this complex contract logistics project. In addition to take over several production processes, HOYER succeeded in an intensive interleaving of information and communication systems. Under SAP R/3, HOYER was integrated into all operational processes.

Our client profited directly from HOYER's know-how and can thus concentrate further on core competencies.
