The HOYER Group is committed to achieving the highest standards of SHEQ performance and to creating a strong safety culture throughout the company to support this objective.

HOYER was a pioneer in SHEQ and this is reflected in our certification policy: all HOYER offices as well as all subsidiaries have been DIN EN ISO 9001 certified since 1992 and the external audits have been based on SQAS requirements since 1995. The results of the individual SQAS audits can be seen at www.sqas.org.

Furthermore the SHEQ-system incorporates, where appropriate, the additional standards and requirements of ISO 14001, HACCP and GMP (for foodstuff and animal feed), plus individual customer requirements. Beyond its own SHEQ standards, which already exceed the legal requirements, HOYER decided to follow the Responsible Care® Initiative and subscribe to the European Road Safety Charter.

An international team of experts is involved in SHEQ management, supporting the different Business Units in daily operation throughout Europe. The Dangerous Goods Advisor is also part of the team.

Safely to the Goal

We invest heavily in the systems, employees, training, infrastructure and equipment necessary to run our business safely and professionally. Key partner sub-contractors are fully integrated into our TQM Systems and SHEQ programs. Non integrated transport sub-contractors are requested to follow a specific policy.
